Absolutely No illegal drugs or substances are allowed on vessel.

All prescribed controlled medications brought onboard must be disclosed and logged into the vessel log book.

Absolutely no passengers are allowed to dive into the water from the vessel.

Extra Fuel surcharge is possible if gas prices rise.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes plans change and we want to accommodate you as best as we can. Please contact us soon as you have a change of plans

If the Captain cancels due to weather, you will receive a full refund

If you cancel more than 2 weeks in advance, we will refund your deposit

If you cancel less than two weeks in advance, we hold and apply your deposit to a future charter of your choosing. Any retained deposit may be used as a non-refundable deposit on a future charter within 2 years. After 2 years, it will be forfeited.

If you cancel within 48 hours or do not show up for your charter, you will be charged the full booking amount with no refunds.
